Culinary

Your dinner is lovingly prepared by our team over an open fire, using local products from the nearby village of Bidiyah. It is served to you in our small restaurant, whose cozy outdoor area becomes the favorite spot in the camp in the evening. The next morning, your breakfast awaits there with freshly baked bread, a variety of local products, and seasonal fruits. Both meals are already included in your stay.

Starry nights - An unforgettable experience

Welcome to the Silent Dunes Camp, the smallest community camp in the Wahiba Sands Desert. With only five private bungalows with tent roofs located on a spectacular plateau 45 kilometers deep in the dunes, the camp offers a rare feeling of space, silence, and seclusion.

THE sound of the desert

DJ Topic transforms the Silent Dunes Camp into a stage: a live set recorded amidst the dunes at sunset. The sun sets, it slowly gets dark, and the sound carries through the desert. See for yourself how the desert feels when the music begins.

All team members have been part of the Canvas Club family and bring not only their knowledge and experience but also the passion and attention to detail that makes a stay an unforgettable experience.

When the opportunity arose to write a new chapter in the desert, Faheem embraced this challenge with full dedication and a clear vision. Together with his brother Ali and his cousin Ijaz, he now leads the Silent Dunes Camp - with the goal of making the silent magic of the desert experienceable in all its facets.
